Measuring tips
Take your actual body measurements as they are more accurate than measuring over your clothes or shoes.
CHEST: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, making sure to keep the tape under the arms and around your shoulder blades.
WAIST: Measure around the smallest part of your waist (natural waistline).
HIPS: Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part.
INSIDE LEG: Measure from the top of your inner leg, along the inside seam to the bottom of your leg.

Great mid layer
I have owned this for a few months now and have worn it lots. Fantastic mid layer that keeps me warm on my walks. It washes well with no shrinkage. Shame there are no other colours available.

Got an XXL which is a size up for me, hood is a bit gapey.
Sleeves are good size, will pull up to elbows. Quite warm for the thickness
